The aFe Stage 1 cold air intake produces up to 15HP and up to 32 lbs. x ft. torque while out flowing the factory intake by up to 99%.
This intake is a highly engineered heat-shielded air box with a welded-on adaptor for direct fitment to the stock intake tract. Handling filter duties is the patented Pro-GUARD 7 performance air filter that features 5-layers of progressive cotton gauze and 2-layers of synthetic media. The Pro-GUARD 7 filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Utilizing factory mounting points, this system provides a hassle free installation.
Durable Heat Shield A one-piece powder-coated heat-shield is used to keep the air intake charge cool and dense.
4" 360 Degree Air Filter A cone 360 degree round air filter is used for maximum air flow and filtration (99.7% efficient). The patented Pro-GUARD 7 performance air filter features 5-layers of progressive cotton gauze and 2-layers of synthetic media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.
Hassle-Free Installation aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation that utilizes all factory mounting locations.
This intake is 50-state legal (CARB E.O Number D-550-4).
aFe OE replacement filters are warranted against manufacturer defects for as long as you own the vehicle and it is properly maintained using our filter cleaning kit. Our universal clamp on air filters and air intake kits are warranted against manufacturer defects for 2 years. Our racing filters are warranted against manufacturer defects for 1 year. All warranty is contingent on proper installation and proper maintenance using our restore kit. All other aFe products such as our exhaust systems, intake manifolds and intercoolers have a 2-year warranty.
