This is our heavy duty design of our 13" clutch kit with a 3" wide premium Organic lining. Perfect for moderate tuning and heavy towing while maintaining smooth engagement.

 

The HD series clutch disc features a 13" double wide, high torque clutch facings with heavy duty 6 spring dampening system.

This Dodge Clutch is a performance clutch designed for the moderately increased horsepower Dodge diesel trucks, 425 hp 900 torque. offering a very smoth engagement with light pedal effort.  The perfect towing clutch.  The pressure plate comes straight from our street series, dual disc clutch, with the extra wide casting and heavy duty design.

Durable, Heavy Duty Solid Mass Flywheel replaces stock Dual Mass Flywheel.

NOTE: It's very important to Break-In your clutch with 500 miles of stop and go driving before you pull a load.
Your clutch will last longer if you avoid down-shifting whenever possible.  Down-shifting flexes the pressure plate, causing uneven wear.  Just remember, Use your breaks instead--they're are alot less expensive to replace

    Shake Rattle and Roll

    I had concerned with the noise at first but after I learned how to drive it the noise is not as bad , Lugging at low RPM is Not an option after I learned that its good, I am very pleased so far only have 100 miles on it but its getting better every time I drive it.

    2005 Dodge RAM with Edge Juice. Just had the clutch installed a few days ago, so far it is performing as expected. Definitely noticed a difference, more pressure is needed to disengage clutch, and there is more drive train noise than there was with the dual mass flywheel. I notice gear rattle at low RPM's. I need to change my driving habits and keep my RPM's up.
    The stock clutch was beginning to slip if I used the Edge Juice in the number 3 position at full throttle on the highway.
    I expect this clutch to handle the extra torque and HP.
