Hours Monday - Friday 9-5pm CST *Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed the next business day.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days with an average delivery time of 8-10 business days. Some parts are Made-To-Order/Manufactured-As-Ordered and require additional processing time. Please include your email address if you would like shipping/tracking notification or a payment receipt.
Purchases over $100 are shipped UPS Ground Signature Required. Customer is responsible to make any necessary arrangements for delivery. Any customer making a purchase from Black Cloud Diesel Performance is responsible for package upon delivery to the address specified on order. Any change of address requested is not guaranteed once the package has been shipped. Customer is responsible for any Change of Address fees.
Any purchases made or shipping outside the 48 continental states are exempt from any return or exchange option, are void of any warranty, and condition/shipping is not guaranteed. Black Cloud Diesel is not responsible for nor can we provide information or quote of any customs, taxes or associated international or other purchase expenses.
Customers outside of the continental U.S. requiring a core return may have to make special arrangements in advance. You will be contacted if special arrangements are needed or if there are additional shipping charges.
If you order using a credit card, you will see Nilsen Corp/Black Cloud Diesel on your statement.
If you receive a refund by check, you will see Nilsen Corp on the check.

If there's been a problem with your order, CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING PARTS FOR CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS AND RETURN NUMBER. If you send a return to the office address, you will be responsible what it costs to ship your core/return from our office to the manufacturer. See our Return Policy page for more return or cancellation information.
By placing an order, the purchaser hereby confirms to have read and does agree to all terms and conditions of sales and or policies as specified on our Website and on any related Shipping / Return or any other informational web pages.
Contact us in the event of any order discrepancy. Chargebacks will be turned to collections. Placing this order serves as your signature and agreement to all terms and conditions.
Other part, product or order-specific information or arrangements may apply.
On performance parts we make no guarantee as to our products' fitness or suitability for any intended purpose. These are performance parts.
Black Cloud Diesel is not responsible for any damage related to or caused by use or mis-use or malfunction related to any products sold under any circumstances.
Purchaser is soley responsible for use and application of performance parts.
Purchaser is responsible to obey any and all laws, ordinances, legal requirements or applications in relation to any and all parts bought from and or sold by Black Cloud Diesel.
Black Cloud Diesel Performance, Nilsen Corporation, and or any employee representatives are not liable for any injuries or damage incurred to any vehicle in relation to products purchased or received with this transaction. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for safe proper use and application of all parts purchased and received.
Purchaser agrees that the submission of this financial transaction stipulates that Black Cloud Diesel Performance, Nilsen Corporation and/or any and all employees/representatives of the aforementioned shall not be held liable for any injuries, or for any damage incurred to any vehicle during and/or after installation of products purchased or received in conjunction with this transaction. Furthermore, in submission of this transaction, purchaser assumes all risks and liablilities as well as responsibility for proper use and application of all parts purchased or received.

Black Cloud Diesel Performance, Nilsen Corporation and/or any and all employees/representatives are not liable for any injuries, or damage incurred to any vehicle in relation to products purchased or received with this transaction. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for proper use and application of all parts purchased or received.
Nilsen Corporation/Black Cloud Diesel Performance is not responsible for the misuse, misapplication, or any violation of any local, state or federal ordinances in accordance with any parts purchased or received.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to its shipping, Black Cloud Diesel Performance will charge you a Cancellation Fee which is 12.5% of total purchase price and will be deducted from your order total before the amount is refunded to your card. Cancellation Fee covers the processing and transaction charge expenses Black Cloud Diesel does incur when receiving and refunding any order by the credit card clearinghouse service.
Custom Order/Made to Order Stack and exhaust parts cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If you receive a damaged product, or it does not meet your expectations, and wish to return it,
contact Black Cloud Diesel Performance at 715-824-5051 for instructions on how and where to ship your new/unused/uninstalled item for return. Returns should be pre-arranged.
We will require that the product be in the original packaging, with the return number we provide to you clearly marked on the package and with return number noted inside the package, shipped by you prepaid within 30 days of order date, and with a copy of the invoice for a conditional refund or exchange following inspection of the product.
***A Restocking Fee of 20% of order grand total will be deductied from all return refunds.
***The amount we paid to ship product to you will be deducted from refund.
1. UNOPENED ITEMS- We will refund you for the pre-arranged return of an unopened item less cost of shipping and less 20% Restocking Fee for any reason within 15 days of the original purchase date.
2. OPEN ITEMS- We will refund you for the pre-arranged return of certain opened items (NOT including any electronics, custom order/made-to-order, or custom programmed items) less cost of shipping product to you and less 20% Restocking Fee if return meets these criteria:
-must be in as-new condition,
-in original packaging with the packing slip,
-must include any/all warranty cards, manuals and accessories
-Return Must be within 30 days of the original purchase date. Exceptions noted below.
-Return Must be pre-approved.
-You will be responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs.
-You are responsible for the condition any returned product is received in. Please make sure the box you return your product in is securely wrapped. If product is not received by us in resaleable condition it is not eligible for refund. It can be shipped back to you at your request. You will pay cost of shipping such product back to you.
We DO NOT accept returns on the following:
1. Any non-standard item that is manufactured or modified to a specific customer's needs (ex. Custom-tuned chip, custom-order or made to order exhaust parts, etc.).
2. Exhaust systems, down pipes, or other exhaust component after it has been installed.
3. Any electronic components!
4. Any parts if they have been installed on the vehicle.
5. Any liquid product after the manufacturer's seal has been broken.
6. Any return after 30 days.
7. Items damaged due to improper installation, abuse, misuse, or neglect will not be eligible for replacement or accepted for return.
8. Any item without a copy of the original invoice, return form, and RGA# unless other special arrangements have been made.
9. Please check thoroughly to see that you have -received the correct components/parts,-received all parts ordered and necessary, -and appear to be in working order before beginning any installation.
10. By placing an order with Black Cloud Diesel Performance, you implicitly agree to all policies and terms.
Chargebacks will be turned to collection. This will affect your credit rating.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive the product and all relation inspection, etc. are completed (typically 4 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days). We will process your return as quickly as possible however some of the time required in the process (see above) is beyond our control.
You are responsible for the condition of any parts you return for any reason.
Follow specific core return information for your part included in your package.
If you have lost your core return information CALL 715-824-5051 for the correct address to ship your core to.
If you send a return to the office you will be charged what it costs us to ship your core/return from our office to the manufacturer/shop, etc.
UP-FRONT CORE CHARGES/CONDITIONAL CORE REFUNDS
All up-front core charges will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt and conditional inspection of the core(s) to the correct return location and in keeping with the Manufacturer’s core/return refund policy.
All cores must be 100% “Like for Like” and “Part Number for Part Number” in the original box with all required paperwork completed. If you have any questions give us a call at 715-824-5051.
Up Front Core Charges will be refunded partially or in-full when the core inspection has verified the core condition.
Conditional Core Charge Refund: Some or all of the core charge may not be refunded if the core is not rebuildable, is rusted, has been burned, shows signs of damage and/or tampering and any other condition causing the part to be unbuildable. Possible signs of damage and/or tampering include dents, breakage, burns, water damage, alternate fuel usage, missing parts or accessories, evidence of disassembly or other reasons as determined by the core inspector. You will be notified of the final determination of the core inspector if there is a problem with your return, otherwise you will receive an email with your refund receipt to the email address you provide.
IMPORTANT: 7.3L FORD POWERSTROKE REMANUFACTURED INJECTOR CORE RETURN POLICY IS DIFFERENT FROM A PART RETURN OR OTHER INJECTOR CORE RETURNS AND ALSO INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
7.3L FORD INJECTOR CORE RETURN/CORE CHARGE AGREEMENT
Check box required in order for the order to be placed, stating “I agree to core policy” applies to every order placed.
You are responsible for the condition of any parts you return for any reason. Pack all returns carefully with adequate cushion and wrap to protect against damage, leaking or any other shipping related concern.
7.3L INJECTOR CORE RETURN / SHIPPING NOTE: $25 UPS Ground Shipping includes Core Return Shipping Label, located inside the box, to be used for return of your used injectors (cores). The Heavy Duty double-box and packaging can be saved and re-used for return of injector cores.
Flat Ship Rate and Return Label applies ONLY to Lower 48 States, those outside the Lower 48 States will be contacted regarding additional shipping costs before order is processed for shipment. Return Label and Return Costs NOT Included for locations outside the Lower 48 States.
7.3L INJECTOR CORE DEFINITION AND CORE POLICY
Injector Cores are the old injectors out of your truck -the truck you are buying these injectors for. All injector cores are due back by the due date included with your Return Label and warranty paperwork.
INJECTOR CORES MUST BE A SET, LIKE FOR LIKE, AND MUST BE THE SAME INJECTORS THAT CAME OUT OF THE TRUCK THAT THE PURCHASED INJECTORS ARE FOR!
Injectors that will NOT be suitable as cores:
-Injectors returned to us which are out of a salvage yard,
-Injectors which have been used for or were exposed to veggie oil,
-Injectors which have been burned, or
-Injectors which have been externally damaged.
-Injector which has previously been disassembled.
-Injectors that are mis-matched; cores must ALL be same injector code.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY SEVERELY DAMAGED OR NON REPAIRABLE CORES:
*7.3L Injector Core Replacement Fee - $75 per non rebuildable core.
*7.3L Damaged Solenoid - $50 each
7.3L INJECTOR WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS: Unlimited Diesel Performance requires an oil change be performed, and a new fuel filter installed with all injector installations. You will need to provide the part number/serial numbers on Warranty Information sheet.
*Please be sure your tank, fuel lines and rails are CLEAN before installation. *Contamination can cause a new set of injectors to instantly malfunction.
ALL ALASKA, HAWAII AND NON-US CUSTOMERS:
*** MUST PAY UP-FRONT CORE CHARGE OF $600.00 BEFORE INJECTORS WILL BE SHIPPED***. CORE CHARGE WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER INJECTOR CORES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND INSPECTED. CLICK HERE TO MAKE PAYMENT.
*** WILL BE CHARGED $25 UPFRONT FOR SHIPPING AND WILL BE CONTACTED REGARDING ADDITIONAL SHIPPING REQUIRED.
*** ANY CUSTOMS/BROKERAGE OR OTHER FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN INJECTOR PURCHASE PRICE OR SHIPPING OR CORE RETURN SHIPPING PRICES OR PAYMENTS.
*** PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CORE RETURN SHIPPING AND ALL ASSOCIATED CORE RETURN, BROKERAGE OR OTHER FEES OR CHARGES.
*Ford 7.3L Injector Core Return/Core Non-Return Policy
1- Cores must be returned by included Due Date or arrangements made for return of cores. All Manufacturer’s core definitions, requirements and exclusions apply.
2- If cores are not returned and no arrangements or contact have been made with Black Cloud Diesel you will be invoiced for $600.00 to replace the cores that have not been returned. That is the policy of our supplier and it is non-negotiable.
3- If you fail to respond to the invoice within two weeks, your account will be turned over to collections. An additional Late Fee of $350 will be added to your invoice for a total of $950.00 in charges for non-return of cores.
4- At this point, your cores will no longer be accepted for return. Once your account has been assigned to our attorney for collection, all business transactions as well as all communication will be handled strictly through that agency.
5- Non-Return of injector cores will VOID any Warranty.
6- In Summary; if you fail to return your cores, and fail to contact us, and fail to return our calls, and fail to return our e-mails, your account will then be handled by our attorney for collection of your $600 core amount PLUS $350 Late Fee applied = $950 and, your Warranty will be VOIDED.
*7.3L Injector Core Price of $600 per set/$75 per injector effective as of 10-12-2015.
